Easy 2 Ingredient Pork Chops
Ingredients
  • 2 bone-in, thick cut pork chops
  • 1 tsp HEB Grillin' Rib Rub
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Let pork chops sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Smother seasoning rub on both sides of pork chops.
  4. Set stove on medium high heat and add 1 tsp coconut oil in oven safe pan.
  5. Sear pork chops for 3 minutes on each side, only flipping once.
  6. Immediately transfer to oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from oven and place on cool surface.
  8. Cover pan with foil and let pork chops rest for 10 minutes before cutting or serving.
